Identifying Physical Tapes that Need Mounting (Tape Pick List)
	Chapter 4. Using Advanced Features

The Physical Tape Pick List screen displays a list of all physical tapes that need to be mounted to physical tape drives. This screen is only available if the option Use Tape Pick List has been enabled. Once a tape is located and ready to be mounted, use the Physical Tape Pick List screen to indicate the tape change in status.

Mark a tape as ready for mounting by completing the following:

From the From the Daily Tasks menu, click the Physical Tapes task category.
Click the Physical Tape Pick List tab.

The Physical Tape Pick List screen displays the following information:

Found—marks a physical tape as found.

Tape—specifies the physical tape that is required.

Requester—provides name of the account from which the request was initiated.

Age—specifies length of time since the request has been issued.
Select all of the physical tapes that have been located by clicking the check box for each tape, or click Select All if all of the requested tapes have been located.
Click Apply, and then the Load Physical Tape Drive screen appears, or if you cannot find the requested tapes, click If the requested tapes cannot be found click here.
