Setting Network Configuration (network set)
	Chapter 6. Configuring Network Settings

SYNOPSIS

network set [ipaddr] [netmask] [gateway] [pri_dns] [sec_dns] [host name]

ARGUMENTS

ipaddr	IP address of the VTL appliance
netmask	Netmask IP address for your network
gateway	IP address of the gateway for the default route
pri_dns	IP address of primary DNS
sec_dns	IP address of secondary DNS
host name	Host name of the VTL appliance

Note

Initially you need to specify all the arguments. Thereafter you can have single or multiple arguments.

RESULT

A successful network set command sets the network configuration with user-specified values. If the arguments passed are invalid, network set returns a non-zero exit status and relevant error message.
