Importing a Volume into a Virtual Library (vlib import)
	Chapter 23. Configuring Virtual Libraries

SYNOPSIS

vlib import vlib_id barcode [quick_load] [read_only] [found_only] 
[cache_only]

ARGUMENTS

vlib_id	Name, UUID, or serial number of the virtual tape library into which to import the tape.
barcode	Barcode of the tape to be imported.
quick_load	Loads only the first few bytes of data
read_only	Physical tape is imported as read only.
found_only	Imports the tape if it is present in VTL configuration data (physical lib inventory or shadow tape pool).
cache_only	Imports the tape if it is present in shadow tape only.

RESULT

A successful vlib import command has an exit status of 0 and imports a volume. A failed vlib import command returns a non-zero exit status and relevant error message.
