Updating a Host (host update)
	Chapter 26. Configuring Hosts

SYNOPSIS

host update host_id [name] [wwn]

ARGUMENTS

host_id	Name assigned to the host.
name	Name to be assigned to the host.
wwn	The World Wide Port Name (WWN) for the host. You must enter this as a 16–character hexadecimal value.

RESULT

A successful host update command updates the given host with user-specified values. If the arguments are invalid, host update returns a non-zero exit status and relevant error message.
