This chapter describes the commands that you use to configure ports for the NearStore VTL appliance. It consists of the following sections:

Listing Ports (port list)

SYNOPSIS

port list [port_id]

ARGUMENTS

port_id

Name of the port

RESULT

A successful port list command displays the list of front-end physical ports of the NearStore VTL appliance. If the port_id is specified, port list prints the port name if that port is present in the appliance configuration. If port list fails, it returns a non-zero exit status and relevant error message.
