Viewing FlexClone Hierarchies

FlexClone volumes can themselves be cloned. The FlexClone volumes Hierarchy page helps you track the FlexClone hierarchies on your storage system by displaying an indented view of child FlexClone volumes for a selected flexible volume or FlexClone or of all the FlexClone volumes on the system.

Note: FlexClone volumes of offline or restricted volumes are not included in the hierarchy display.

You can click the name of the FlexClone to view its Volume Properties page.

The default view displays all the FlexClone volumes on your storage system. To display only the child FlexClone volumes of a particular flexible or FlexClone volume, go to the drop-down list, select the parent flexible or FlexClone volume whose hierarchy you want to view, then click View.
