logout - use control-D to logout
To log out, type control-D. Since the telnet connection and
console are both multiplexed into the same session, there
would be no way for a logout command to tell which connection
to drop.
Over telnet, typing control-D disconnects the session. On
the console, typing control-D returns the console to the
password prompt. If no password is set, then control-D has
no effect on the console.
