Quota report

This window displays the current consumption of files and space for each quota target and for each user and group that is under quota restrictions. The following describes the various fields in the report:

• The Type field shows the type of quota: user, group, or tree.
• The ID field shows the ID used the filer when applying the quota. It can be a UID, a GID, or a tree ID.
• The Volume field shows the volume to which the quota is applied.
• The Tree field shows the name of the quota tree if the type of the quota is "tree."
• The K-Bytes field is the number of kilobytes being used by the quota target.
• The Limit field following K-Bytes shows the number of kilobytes that can be used by the quota target.
• The Files field shows the number of files being used by the quota target.
• The Limit field following Files shows the number of files that can be used by the quota target.
• The Quota Specifier field shows the same information as the Quota Target column in the quotas file, with the following exception:

  If a user or group is under default quota restrictions, the quota report displays information about the user or group as if the user or group had an entry in the quotas file. In this case, the Quota Specifier column in the quota report is blank.
