The filer name (or host name) is the name by which the filer is identified on the
network.
Rules
The filer name must follow these rules:
It must be unique on the network.
It can contain 1 to 15 characters if the filer is licensed for the CIFS protocol, or 1
to 32 characters if the filer is not licensed for the CIFS protocol.
