Each interface installed in your filer is listed on this page, together
with its unique MAC address. For each interface, enter the following information:
| IP Address |
A unique address for the interface. Example: 10.0.2.5 |
| Subnet Mask |
The subnet mask for the network to which the interface is attached. Example:
255.255.255.0 |
| Network Type |
The type of interface, with the following choices:
- 10 Mbit Thin
- 10 Mbit Thick
- 10 Mbit Twisted Pair
- 10 Mbit Full Duplex
- 100 Mbit Half Duplex
- 100 Mbit Full Duplex
- 10/100 Mbit Auto-negotiate
- 1000 Mbit

| WINS |
The WINS option appears only if the CIFS protocol is licensed.
- Choose "on" if the interface uses WINS servers.
- Choose "off" if the interface does not use WINS servers.
