To install a power supply in a disk shelf, complete the following steps.

Action
1

Put on an ESD wrist strap and grounding leash.
2

Insert the power supply into its slot at the rear of the disk shelf and tighten the captive thumbscrews by turning them clockwise.
3

Reconnect the disk shelf to its power sources.
4

Turn the power switch to the On position.
