Using NDMP Services

This chapter describes how you can use Network Data Management Protocol (NDMP) services on your filer to enable network-based backup and recovery using a number of NDMP-enabled commercial backup applications. It also describes how you can monitor NDMP services running on the filer and how you can use ndmpcopy to migrate data efficiently within or between filers.
