Replacing the AT-FC module

About the AT-FC

The AT-FC module controls the external disk shelf LEDs. The AT-FC is field-replaceable; however, is not hot swappable--you must power down the disk shelf before replacing the module. The AT-FC module communicates In-Band to the host system through its Fibre Channel port, which is connected to the backplane of the disk shelf.

The AT-FC is plugged into the backplane at the back of the enclosure.
