Cabling your system into a cluster

About cabling your system into a cluster  Top

After you install any additional adapters or disk shelves, you must cable your filers into a cluster. If your filers have been in service, your Channel A loops are already cabled. All you need to do is cable your filers together and cable the Channel B loops. After cabling, you should update the software and firmware on your cluster. It should then be configured as described in Chapter 3, Configuring a Cluster and as described in the System Administrator's Guide.
