To cable a nonswitched MetroCluster, complete the following steps.
| 1 | Prepare your sites, as described in Step 1: Preparing your equipment. |
| 2 | Cable the Channel A loops of the MetroCluster, as described in Cabling the Channel A loops in a mirrored cluster. |
| 3 | Cable the nodes together, as described in Cabling the cluster adapters. |
| 4 | Cable the Channel B loops of the MetroCluster, as described in Cabling the Channel B loops in a mirrored cluster. |
| 5 | Configure the cluster, as described in Chapter 4, Configuring the Cluster. Make sure that you enable the syncmirror_local and cluster_remote licenses on both nodes. |
