The following illustration shows the LED locations for a DAFS network adapter. The IB cluster adapter has similar LED locations but also has two ports.

The following table describes the LEDs for a DAFS network adapter and IB cluster adapter.

Green	Amber	Description
On	Off	Link.
Off	Off	No link.
Flashing	Off	HBA asserted/panicked.
On	Flashing or On	HBA transmitting/receiving data.
