Securing the cables

To secure the cables, complete the following steps.

Step	Action
1	Attach the cables so that the connectors protrude directly outward from the cable connections on the chassis, allowing sufficient stress relief within the cables. Caution There should be no twisting or bending of the connectors at the connection points. Excessive bending and twisting might damage components within the chassis, or to the cables.
2	After making the connections, use cable ties to secure the cables into place as shown in the preceding illustration.
3	Use cable ties at the locations shown in the photograph.
