ibadmin - DAT IB HCA administration and diagnosis

SYNOPSIS

ibadmin set <ib_name> <interface_spec>

ibadmin list <-p><-c><-r> [<device_spec>]

ibadmin perfstat [-c <count>] [<interval>]

DESCRIPTION

The ibadmin command administers DAT InfiniBand HCAs on a filer

OPTIONS

set <ip_name> <interface_spec>

Associates an ip_name with a DAT IB port The ip_name parameter must be a resolvable IP name interface_spec parameter is of the form ib<slot><alpha port> where the <slot> is the physical slot of the IB HCA and the <alpha port> specifies the port on the HCA where "a" is the top port and "b" is the bottom port.

list <-p><-c><-r> [<device_spec>]

Lists information on known IB HCAs

-p list registered DAT providers.

-c list connections.

-c list HCA/Port registers.

stats

Provides overall statistics for all IB HCAs

perfstat [-c <count>] [<interval>]

give sysstat like output for all IB HCAs.

-c <count>: Number of intervals to report; defaults to forever.

<interval> The data gathering interval; defaults to 5 seconds.
