Destroying IPspaces

To destroy an IPspace, complete the following steps.

Step	Action
1	Make sure that there are no network interfaces or vFilers associated with the IPspace you want to destroy. Read Listing IPspaces on a filer to identify any interfaces associated with the IPspace you want to destroy. Read Managing IPspaces on a filer to assign network interfaces to another IPspace. Read Displaying vFiler status and Destroying a vFiler for procedures to identify any vFilers associated with the IPspace and to destroy those vFilers.
2	Enter the following command: ipspace destroy ipspacename ipspacename is the IPspace name to be destroyed.

Enter the following command:

ipspace destroy ipspacename

ipspacename is the IPspace name to be destroyed.
