Method to resize quotas

You resize quotas on the vFiler in the same way as you resize quotas on a filer.

When you enter the quota resize command from a vFiler to resize quotas for a volume, only the quota records for the vFiler are adjusted.

If the vFiler consists of qtrees, you can resize the quotas for this volume without turning quotas off and on for the entire volume.
