MultiStore™ is an optional service that enables you to partition the storage and network resources of a single filer so that it appears as multiple filers, or vFiler™ units on the network. The filer requires a software license to enable MultiStore service. Network Appliance provides you with the appropriate license codes when shipping you your filer or software from the factory, or when giving you instructions for obtaining the software over the Internet.
