Manage Network Interfaces

This procedure enables you to modify the configuration of an existing interface on the filer.

To modify an interface, complete the following steps:

1. In the Interface field, select from the drop-down list the specific interface you want to modify.

2. Modify any fields you need.

3. When you are finished, click Apply.

To bring an interface up or down, complete the following steps.

1. In the Operations column, click Up or Down for the interface you want to bring up or down.
   
   Result: A confirmation box is displayed.

2. Click OK.

To show or hide all network interface details, complete the following step:

1. Click Show All Interface Details or Hide Interface Details.
