From the Configure SNMP page, you can perform the following procedure.

Configure SNMP:

1. In the SNMP Enabled field, select Yes from the drop-down list to enable SNMP.

2. In the Traps Enabled field, select Yes to enable traps or No to disable all traps.

3. In the Auth Traps field, select Yes to enable or No to disable authentication failure traps. Traps are sent to all hosts specified in the Traphosts field.

4. In the Contact field, enter the optional email address of the person responsible for the filer.

5. In the Location field, enter the optional physical location of the filer; for example, Main Lab.

6. In the Communities fields, enter one or more read-only community names that are to be used by the SNMP agent. 

7. From the drop-down list, select Read-Only for each community you create.

8. When finished, click Apply.
