(Optional) Specifies the maximum number of bytes of disk space that can be used for this quota before a warming message is logged on the console.
The Threshold field specifies the disk space threshold. If a write causes the quota target to exceed the threshold, the write still succeeds, but a warning message is logged to the filer console. Data ONTAP, however, does not send warning messages to the client when a threshold is exceeded.
The threshold value must be equal to or smaller than the disk space hard limit value.
