Modifying LUNs on your storage subsystem

When to modify LUNs

You modify LUNs after you have created your LUNs for the dummy host. You then reassign LUNs to the correct target hosts.

Caution
Your LUNs must be finished formatting before you modify LUNs on your storage subsystem or else data corruption can occur.

To modify LUNs on your storage subsystem, complete the following steps.

Step	Action
1	Go to the Open Systems Screen.
2	Click Modify Volume Assignments at the bottom of the screen.
3	Scroll through the Volume Assignments list and complete the following steps, using the figure for reference. Scroll through the Volume Assignments list and select the volume you want to modify. Click Assign Selected Volume(s) To Target Hosts. Scroll through the Target Hosts list and select the appropriate host. Click Perform Configuration Update at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll through the Volume Assignments list and select the volume you want to modify.
Click Assign Selected Volume(s) To Target Hosts.
Scroll through the Target Hosts list and select the appropriate host.
Click Perform Configuration Update at the bottom of the screen.
