Stopping or starting SSH service

Disabling or enabling SSH

You disable or enable SSH to stop or start SSH service, respectively. To disable or enable SSH, complete the following step.

Step	Action
1	Enter the following command: secureadmin {disable\|enable} {ssh1\|ssh2} Use `disable` to stop SSH service or `enable` to restart SSH service. Use `ssh1` to support SSH 1.x clients or `ssh2` to support SSH 2.0 clients. Example The following command enables SSH service for SSH 2.0 clients: secureadmin enable ssh2

secureadmin {disable|enable} {ssh1|ssh2}

Use disable to stop SSH service or enable to restart SSH service.

Use ssh1 to support SSH 1.x clients or ssh2 to support SSH 2.0 clients.

The following command enables SSH service for SSH 2.0 clients:

secureadmin enable ssh2
