Enable/Disable DAFS

Using the Enable/Disable DAFS page, you can enable (start) or disable (stop) the DAFS service on your filer. You must have the DAFS license installed on your filer before enabling or disabling this service.

For filer maintenance, it is important to disable the DAFS service. When you enable the DAFS service, DAFS interfaces are automatically reattached.
