Manage Initiator Groups

An initiator group, in the case of iSCSI clients, is a collection of node names, or, in the case of FCP clients, is a collection of World Wide Port Names (WWPNs). 

An initiator group specifies which initiators can have access to LUNs.

What initiator group management does

The Manage Initiator Groups page enables you to perform the following initiator group management tasks:

• Add initiator groups

• Modify existing initiator groups

• View all initiator groups

• Delete an existing initiator group
