Name/SID Look Up

In the Name/SID Look Up page, you can perform the following procedure:

Looking up a name or SID:

To accomplish a CIFS lookup, complete the following steps.

1. In the Name/SID field, enter one of the following:

• A valid NT user name or group name

• A valid SID

2. Click Look Up.
   
   If you entered an NT user name or group name, the resulting find is an SID.
   
   If you entered an SID, the resulting find is a domain and user name or group name.
