A list of up to five servers, separated by commas, for the filer to use in order of contact priority
You can use host names or IP addresses. The filer uses the list in order until it finds a server that responds, then uses the time from that server with which to synchronize. It starts with the first server in the list each time it needs to synchronize the time.
Following is an example list of three time servers:
sundial, sundial.example.com, 12.345.6.78
