Test Autosupport

In the Test Autosupport page you can perform the following procedure.

Testing autosupport configuration:

To test the autosupport configuration, complete the following steps.

1. Ensure that the Subject field contains the text "Testing" or some other text that notifies the recipients that you are testing autosupport.

2. Click Send Mail. 

Result: An email message with the subject "Testing" or whatever you entered in Step 1 is sent to the specified recipients.
