Specifies whether space must be reserved for the LUN to be created.
When you create a volume for a LUN, Network Appliance recommends the following best practices for volumes containing the LUN:
Enable space reservations on the volume so that blocks in the LUN can be updated when they are written to
Disable scheduled auto snapshots
If free space on the volume on which the LUN exists is low, attempts to update blocks fail. Additionally, snapshots fail when the amount of space used and reserved is greater than free space.
Note: After a LUN is added (created), you cannot modify the Space Reservations field.
