Using Job History

About Job History

The Job History table lists assignments that were created for a given job. These include content distribution assignments (publish) and abort assignments. You find details of the selected assignments in a tree display.

Fields in the Job History table

The Job History table includes the following fields:

Start: the time and date that the distribution started
Finish: time and date that it finished
Status: current status. This field is the same as the Status field in the Jobs view table. It is updated as the distribution event progresses.
Type: the assignment type
Duration: the time that the event took to complete

Using Job History

To view the Job History table, complete the following steps.

Step	Action
1	Select the job of interest in the Jobs view table.
2	Click History in the lower menu bar. Result The Job History table appears.
3	To view the history for another job, click the job drop-down menu.
4	Select the desired job.

Using the Assignment Details display

To view the Assignment Details display, complete the following steps

1	In the Jobs view table, select the desired assignments.
2	Click the Details button. Result The Assignment details display appears.
