About copying a report schedule

You can copy an existing scheduled event, with all its definitions, to a new scheduled event instance. This allows you to quickly create new scheduled events closely related to existing ones without the need to re-enter information in each of the fields that will not change.

Copy a report schedule

To modify a scheduled event, complete the following steps.

Step	Action
1	With the Scheduler/Event page displayed, select the scheduled event you want to copy by clicking on the check box to the left.
2	Click on the Copy button at the top of the screen. Result: The selected scheduled event is copied to a new instance with the same name and an increment number at the end "my schedule" is renamed to "copy of my schedule"
3	Select the new scheduled events and click on the Edit button at the top of the screen to make changes to the newly copied scheduled event. One of the first changes you should make is the scheduled event name.
