Using the SmartFilter categories, you can create a SmartFilter report. SmartFilter reports provide you with the following information:
The following screen is a typical SmartFilter report.
ContentReporter gives you the ability to generate Billing reports (delimited Text files) based on usage of your network resources. You can import these Billing reports into third-party billing applications as delimited text files.
Note
Whenever your administrator changes the Billing aggregation settings, the database is cleared of all billing data for the ContentReporter servers connected to your database. Any pre-existing query definitions with billing statistics will no longer generate data. If your administrator modifies the Billing tab settings, delete any pre-existing query definitions based on Billing statistics, and create new query definitions based on Billing statistics.
You obviously need to work very closely with your admin on making sure you have access to the latest billing setup information.
To learn more about configuring Billing aggregation, see the ContentReporter 3.0 System Administration Guide.
