Copying a report definition
About copying a report definition
Instead of creating a complete new definition for a report that might be similar to the one you have already created, you can copy an existing definition and give it a new name.
To copy a Report Definition, complete the following steps.

On the Report Definition page, select the report definition you want to copy by clicking on the selection box.

Click on the Copy button.
Result:
The original definition is copied to a new definition, which appears at the end of the definition list. Note that you can rename the copied definition by selecting the report name and then clicking on the Edit button.
