Configuring a NetCache appliance for SmartFilter reports

About the SmartFilter fields  Top

If you want to generate SmartFilter reports in ContentReporter on NetCache appliance log files, you must configure the NetCache to generate Custom HTTP log files that include the "x-smartfilter-categories" and "x-smartfilter-result" fields." The "x-smartfilter-categories" values are strings consisting of one or more comma-separated, two-letter codes (such as "gm" for games, or "sp,tr" for sports and travel). The "x-smartfilter-result" values are either 1 (for blocked) or 0 (for not blocked). The blocked value means the NetCache prevented the user (client IP) from opening the web page. The unblocked value means the NetCache allowed the user to open the web page.
