Page permissions in ContentReporter

About page permissions  Top

ContentReporter gives you the ability to grant Unix-style permissions (read, write, execute, and delete) for the Administration, Query Definitions, Report Definitions, Scheduled Events, and Report Results pages. You can specify which Local users and which groups have permission to access a page, and how they can use a page's features and objects. For example, if you set permissions so that the "Everyone" group does not have read privileges for the Administration page, members of this group cannot access this page and its features. If you take away delete privileges from the "Guest" group on the Query Definitions page, members of the group will be able to create, modify, and copy query definitions on the page, but not be able to delete them.
