Required tools and equipment  

To replace components, you need the following tools and equipment:

• Phillips screwdrivers (#0, #1, and #2)
• 3/16-inch socket wrench--C2100 only
• Torque screwdriver
• Antistatic wrist strap and grounding leash
• Antistatic bag

  Caution
  The appliance uses electronic components that are sensitive to static electricity. Static discharge from your clothing or other fixtures around you can damage these components. Wear an antistatic wrist strap and grounding leash to free yourself of static electricity before touching any electronic components.

  If you are adding expansion adapters to the appliance, check for information about expansion adapter slot assignments in the System Configuration Guide at http://now.netapp.com.
