Status events

Available NetCache status events

NetCache administrators specify, by logical application server group, whether the appliance will send status information to the server in the group. If status data will be sent, the appliance sends all data in the following table.

Status attribute	Description
NIP	NetCache IP address
NUM-RTSP-QT	Current number of connected QuickTime clients
NUM-RTSP-REAL	Current number of connected RealSystem clients
NUM-MMS	Current number of connected MMS clients
NUM-RTSP-UNKNOWN	Current number of connected unknown RTSP clients
AVG-CPU-LOAD	Average percentage of CPU usage over the interval set on the NetCache appliance.
AVG-DOWNSTREAM-BW	Average streaming downstream bandwidth (to clients in kilobytes per second)

Status event message example
