You can use the Dashboard view to provide you with an overall picture of the state and health of your storage resources. This allows you to diagnose any potential issues regarding health and utilization using Microsoft Health Explorer.
The following attributes display in the
Dashboard view:
- Health Summary
- Displays the number and state of all storage controllers and SnapMirror relationships.
- Storage Utilization
- Displays the percentage of storage that is currently being used, broken down by aggregates, disks, spare disks, LUNs, qtrees, volumes, and deduplication volumes.
- Controllers
- Displays information about all storage controllers currently monitored by ApplianceWatch.
- Total Storage Utilization across all controllers
- Displays the percentage of storage that is currently being used by all storage controllers monitored by ApplianceWatch.
- Alerts
- Displays information about all active alerts.
- Average latency across all controllers
- Displays the average storage controller latency, in milliseconds, at specified time intervals.
