Removing a storage controller

You can remove storage controllers from ApplianceWatch PRO when you no longer need to monitor their health and performance.

About this task

Removing a storage controller also removes it from the list of network devices. When you run the discovery process, the storage controller will no longer be discovered.

Steps

From the Monitoring pane, select Controllers.
In the Controllers pane, select the controller that you want to remove.
From the Actions > Data ONTAP Controller Tasks pane, select Remove Controller and click OK.
