Test-MetroClusterResource

This cmdlet enables you to validate the login credentials for a site recovery plug-in MetroCluster cluster resource.

Syntax

Test-MetroClusterResource <ResourceName> [<CommonParameters>]

Description

This cmdlet tests the login credentials set for the named site recovery plug-in MetroCluster cluster resource.

Parameters

ResourceName: Specifies the MetroCluster cluster resource for which you want to test login credentials.

Example

The following example tests the login credentials for a MetroCluster cluster resource named MCResDTC and finds that the username or password for the primary controller is not correct.

Test-MetroClusterResource MCResDTC
