Setting dynamic DNS updates
You can use the Dynamic DNS tab to specify the DNS time-to-live (TTL) value for every DNS update sent from your storage system. The TTL value defines the time for which a DNS entry is valid on the DNS server. By default, the TTL value is set to 24 hours.
Steps
1.
From the Home tab, double-click the appropriate storage system.
2.
In the navigation pane, click Configuration > Network > DNS.
3.
Click Edit.
4.
In the Dynamic DNS tab, select the TTL values for dynamic DNS updates.
5.
Click Save and Close.
