AutoSupport severity types
AutoSupport messages have severity types that help you understand the purpose of each message—for example, to draw immediate attention to a critical problem or only provide information.
Messages have one of the following severities:
•
Critical: critical conditions
•
Error: error conditions
•
Warning: warning conditions
•
Notice: normal but significant condition
•
Info: informational message
•
Debug: debug-level messages
If your internal support organization receives AutoSupport messages via e-mail, the severity appears in the subject line of the e-mail message.
