Acknowledging system health alerts

For storage systems running Data ONTAP 8.1, you can acknowledge and respond to system health alerts for SAS connectivity from System Manager. You can use the information displayed to take the recommended action and correct the problem reported by the alert.

Steps

1.	From the Home tab, double-click the appropriate storage system.

2.	In the navigation pane, click Diagnostics > System Health.

3.	Click the arrow icon next to the name of subsystem.

4.	Select the alert that you want to acknowledge and click Acknowledge.

5.	Type your name and click Acknowledge.
