Create a new user defined target portal group.

DESCRIPTION
Create a new user defined target portal group.
PARAMETERS
-Name <String>
Name of new user defined target portal group. Name must be less than or
equal to 32 characters. User defined target portal groups cannot use the
name of any defined logical interfaces (LIFs) in the vserver as this wo
uld conflict with names of default target portal groups.

Vserver to which to direct this command. If the currently connected con
troller (as embodied by an NcController object) represents a cluster, th

uent commands to that vserver, or supply the VserverContext parameter to
an individual cmdlet. Only cmdlets which may be invoked on vservers of
fer the VserverContext parameter.
