SYNOPSIS
Modifies a cluster peer relationship.

DESCRIPTION
Modifies a cluster peer relationship.
PARAMETERS
-Name <String>
The name of the peer cluster to modify.

The remote intercluster addresses and hostnames of the peer cluster.

ntains a collection of NcController objects, this cmdlet is invoked on e
ach controller in succession.
