SYNOPSIS
Modify the cluster-wide attributes of FlexCache.

DESCRIPTION
Modify the cluster-wide attributes of FlexCache.
PARAMETERS
-DelegationsHighWatermark <Int64>
The maximum number of delegations that can be given out per node in the
cluster. When this limit is reached, no further delegations can be given
out to Cache clients.

an NcController object. This parameter is returned by the Connect-NcCo

ntains a collection of NcController objects, this cmdlet is invoked on e
ach controller in succession.
