SYNOPSIS
List all snapvault softlocks on the given snapshot which are locked by exter
nal means.

List all snapvault softlocks on the given snapshot which are locked by exter
nal means.
PARAMETERS
-Volume <String>
Name of the volume where the snapshot exists.
